Reservations:

• Parking space reservations are made through our official website: www.parkingmarinadebonaire.com or via the designated mobile application.
• By making a reservation, the user fully accepts the terms and conditions established herein.
• Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the system.

License Plate Recognition:

• Our system will automatically recognize the vehicle's license plate associated with the reservation both upon entry and exit from the parking lot.
• Barrier opening is contingent upon successful recognition of the license plate registered in the reservation.

Space Allocation:

• No fixed spaces are assigned. Users can park in available spaces upon arrival.
• Space availability depends on the flow of vehicles and the users' arrival time.

Reservation Time:

• The reservation time is specified at the time of booking and is binding for the user.
• No refunds are accepted 24 hours before the reservation deadline.

Cancellations and Modifications:

• Cancellations and modifications to reservations must be made via email to serviciosweb@tuparkingonline.com.
• Users must attach proof of vehicle registration when requesting cancellation. (No refunds or modifications are accepted 24 hours before their reservation)
• Cancellation policies are subject to the conditions established at the time of booking.

User Responsibilities:

• Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information when making a reservation.
• Users are responsible for any damage caused to facilities or other vehicles during their stay in the parking lot.

Limitation of Liability:

• The company is not liable for losses, damages, or theft of objects inside parked vehicles.
• The company is not responsible for delays or interruptions in service due to force majeure or events beyond its control.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

• The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
• Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our official website.
